I opened the white panel inside the freezer
it was all ice in there I defrosted it with room heater
I want to know should i cahnge the thermostat def control only or
should I change the defrost heater kit and thermostat both
do i have to change the sensor temp ff also
how can i check with multimeter that part is wrong what is open circuit
should i set meter on ohm setting

The defrost heater is most likely so check that first. Disconnect the wires and remove the heater to access the terminals. Set your meter ohms and test across the heater terminals. If it is open replace it. Note that at times this heater will read very high ohms (20,000 or so) this would also indicate a bad heater. I don’t know the exact ohms but it should be something like 20-50 ohms or so. If the heaters check out ok post back and we will go from there. GE Refrigerator Repair Guide
