G'Day All!
I've inherited the "Maintenance Man" job for my wife's workplace and require a service manual for a Kenmore Washer/Dryer. Model # 970-C94702-00 , Ser # XE64000567. This appears to be an apartment model as the dryer is mounted over top of the washer.
The trouble appears to be a worn out drum bearing on the dryer as the drum jumps around when starting the dryer. All the movement is in the rear of the assembly.
Does anyone know where a manual for this model may be found??
Thanks All !!

Your model number does not come up. Check it again and reposts. It should start with 110 or 417.
Thanks

Thanks sid,
The model number I posted was a direct copy from the mftr tag on the inside of the door. Serial # directly below that. I will check again this P.M. and repost if it is different. Maybe even add a Pic of that tag and the unit itself if that helps.

Yep, that's the model number. Mftd for Sears Canada in the USA. UPC code directly above that Mod # and another UPC code above the Ser # ( located directly below the Mod #). No other mftr tags that I can find. This tag was on the inside of the dryer door. Again, it's an aprtment type, all in one, dryer mounted above the washer. Tried to get a Pic of the tag but my digital cam wouldn't focus in that tight, unable to read it from further back. I might have access to a better dig cam through the week. If so, I'll try a pic of the tag once more.

Ok, If I had been even half awake I would have recognized your Canadian model, particularly since I spent 25 years in Buffalo and could see Canada from my house. Here is a service manual which should match up pretty closely with your machine. Let us know if it does so we can advise others. http://frigidaireservicetips.com/pdfs/488_3.pdf
