Bought a new Whirlpool fridge and the temps are off the freezer goes from -10 to 20 deg and the lower part goes to 30 to 40 deg. The tech that came says the ambient temp is to low it's 60+ deg in our kitchen his thermometer says 55deg i showed him two thermometers and they both said 65 he didn't seem to care.
Our old fridge never had a problem with ambient temps are newer ones not able to operate at 60 or 60 + deg?

Thank you
