The water temp entering washer varies from hot to warm to cold. No matter what water temp selection dial is set on you can never predict what the water temp may be. It may even change from hot to cold or any combo without switch being adjusted. Research seems to point toward possibly the water inlet valve or maybe water temp selector switch/ board. Best way to trouble shoot? Opinions about solution? Hoses are on correctly and home water heater is working fine. Thanks!

Replaced main control board on ge GTW485 washer. Now only cold water runs in washer. Only low water level works. Every load takes over one hour to wash. All wash cycles do not function on washer.
