Hi, I have the GE PSB42LSRBBV. I top of the refrigerator side ices up completely. I take off the piece that holds the light bulbs on the top of the fridge. Everything is iced up including the drain piece. I have taken a steamer and defrosted the fridge and it takes about 2 weeks to freeze up again. It keeps its temperature until it freezes up completely. In fact, the fridge starts smelling from the excessive icing.

The freezer works perfectly. I think I need a Thermostat defrost part, but there are two of them offered. 616 and I think the other was 607, something like that. Is this the correct part to replace?

Thank you for any assistance.
