Hi, my fridge for the past year freezes up only on the refrigerator side on the top of the interior. So when I take apart the unit on top the hose where water should drip is frozen, the whole area where there is insulation and metal area is one big block of ice and even the left part of the upper fridge is frozen (rubber tubing).

I have had a repairman come out that replaced a thermostat but that only worked for a short period. I see there are 2 different thermostats. I am not sure which is the one that needs to be replaced or if there may be some other issue.

The freezer works perfectly.

So, for a temporary fix of about a month, I steam the refrigerator side so everything is melted/completely defrosted and it works properly for a month. But then it starts building up again.

A new fridge is so expensive. I am hoping to find a repair that can resolve this issue. Any help would be so greatly appreciated!! Thank you
