Hi there,

I have a whirlpool WRX735SDBM02 fridge. if I turn it on, it will be off in
a couple of seconds, and then turn itself on, then off again, and again. the frequency of this cycle is
around 2-3 seconds. It behaves like this for a few mins before it is
completely off.

I already replaced the control board and the power board, however, the
problem still persists. Today, I connected an external DC power supply to
the output pins of the power board (14V), and the fridge is finally up and
running.

It seems the fridge doesn't have enough current to start the running
processes. When I start the fridge, the current draw from my DC power supply is like 7A for a couple of seconds. After it is up, the current draw from my DC power supply is
close to zero.

any suggestions? do you think I should replace the compressor capacitor next?

thanks,
Frank
