Refrigerator is making ice., the problem is that it only dispenses the ice as crush regardless of what mode is selected. i.e. on “Cubes” mode, it dispenses crush ice. On “Crush:” mode it dispenses crush ice. I imagine this problem could be caused by various things, (e.g. switch, communication, electronic, hardware problem, etc.). Has anyone had this problem? what was your solution. Is there a service manual I can obtain so that I can troubleshoot it? Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
