Hello Nive,
I'm sorry but we will need a bit more information to provide a valid diagnosis. If you could please let us know if the freezer fan, condenser fan, (behind the unit), and compressor are running and if there is any frost build-up on the back wall of the freezer, etc. Any information is helpful for attempting to diagnose an issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
