Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/20/2018(UTC) Posts: 1		freezer never freezes. Evaporator Coils get very cold but never frosty. 12.0 mf Capacitor replaced. Condenser coil cleaned, Condenser Fan replaced. Compressor cycles on gets hot to touch. both refrigerator and freezer get cold but no ice is made.
