My ice maker is making hollow ice.The dispenser won't work because the ice all clumps together in the bin and doesn't have enough torque to break the ice apart to get it to the dispenser in the door. I'm pretty sure my RO system is providing enough water pressure as the water dispenser pumps out water plenty fast. Not using a filter because of RO system. Has anyone seen this before?

usually it means the ice maker is cycling to soon. The thermostat isn't sensing the ice mold temperature right. Apparently you can't get the thermostat by itself these days. it says replace whole ice maker. Probably a good idea if it 10 plus years old.
