My Amana Refrigerator model A8RXNGMWE 02 just quit, as it was running and then it shut off. Light inside still worked. No Humming, no fans nothing. I pulled it out from the wall took off the little cover looked for obstruction to compressor coils and fan. Found none. Compressor was warm to touch but not hot. Put back together. Plugged back in and the compressor and its fan came on as did the fan in the freezer. Been 2 hours and it seems to still be running. My question is this normal? Have I never noticed it do this before? As normally when I open it I always hear the compressor running and the fan in the freezer is on. What could be going on? Should I be looking for a new one? Any help would be great before its too late.

Philip Woke up 05:30 Refrigerator again was not running. Put thermometer in freezer read around 5deg move to fridge reading around 45deg. Unplugged again waited 15mins plugged in. Nothing happens, just left it plugged in and after another 25 mins or so it started up. Any ideas?
