Good morning!

I recently moved into my house, water dispenser worked for a little bit but then crapped out. No ice is being made. The water line is connected and on.

When I press for ice, the existing cubes will come out but are running low. When I push for water, I hear an electrical "humming" but alas, no water.

Hoping to fix this, but I am unsure where to start. Water valve is about $45, filter assembly is $35. Do I just buy both and change out both simultaneously, or should I start with one of them/with something else?

Thank you for your help!

EDIT - SORRY! Existing ice is being dispensed.

Since you can't get water or ice, I have to wonder if the water lines to or the filter itself is frozen up.

If it gets below 32 F or if the air is being directed right at the filter, that would do it.
