Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/16/2017(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a Sears Kenmore Direct Drive washer.. When it spins, the drum hits the side of the machine as if the load is unbalanced, but i have checked and it is not. Any ideas as to why it is doing this

The tell tale sign of this is that you have 6 (six) led lights below the timer knob. You problem is very common in that the suspension rods have failed. Here are the parts you need.
