Push start, the light comes on and it makes the makes normal sound. The turntable does not turn and there is no heat? If I push up on the door, it works just fine. Once you can see them it will be pretty obvious which one it is. The switch that doesn't have a nice click sound or the little plunger doesn't spring out right. This is the page that shows the switches. You can probably find generic switches that would work, but here are the OEM ones. This is the model number I used to look these up.
