Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/30/2016(UTC) Posts: 1		GE Monogram ZGU385LSM2SS gas cooktop. Spark & LED indicators died at the same time. Troubleshooting revealed primary on the internal power transformer failed open. Noted that all secondary windings are okay. Replaced transformer, worked but only a short while, then transformer failed again with same symptoms. Primary failed open again, but again all secondarys are okay. So before I put in another transformer, question is what else can be wrong? In particular does the dual transformer failures mean that the spark module itself is defective?
