both my freezer and refrigerator are not as cold as they should be,just happened in one night. I cleared all the coils of dust and did a test on the compressor and my readings are 5.5 and 7.6. The fan runs but the compressor is hot and I can hear a buzzing and clicking coming from the compressor.So I am hoping what I had read and what my readings are that it is not the compressor and maybe just a relay?

If you have a hard start kit, you can put that on and try it. The readings are ok, but that doesn't mean it didn't seize. It's either the relay or the compressor. Give the relay a shot and see if it'll fire up.
