I have a Jenn-Air JJW8530DDB wall oven. A few days ago I went to turn on the oven, and the whole glass touch pad was shattered. Could not see any of the keys to turn on the oven so I don't know if there were any codes. Not even if this oven even shows codes, never had any codes before. I'm not sure if the part is available anymore to replace the glass touch pad. But I wonder what happened? Is there something internally that could make the glass shatter?
