As with any computer board style controlled machine a definite answer only comes thru some diagnostic work. Your problem may be anything from a power issue, to a bad door switch, to a broken belt, to a bad control board, to a thermal fuse ....... the list goes on and on.
Do you have power to the display board?
If so do any of the buttons function?
Have you received any error codes?
Does the drum spin freely if you spin it by hand or does it have a little resistance?
