have two problems with my neptune. when it spins it makes a loud shrill noise. Bearing? Also, it fills with water after a couple days without use. once it even blew the door open and flooded the laundry room! any suggestions?

Can you give us the model / serial #s
The sound can be a number of things from bearings to belt to support arm.
The water issue sounds like you need to replace the water valve assembly.
More details are available with model number.

Another item to check is to see if the drum support is bad. Please open the door and push up on the top of the metal drum inside. If this drum moves up and down freely at all then the support arm may be bad. If it doesn't then likely your bearings are the problem.
