Upper(convection) oven not heating up.
Lower (regular) oven works fine.
Digital display working fine, but when I try setting upper oven temp to, say, 350 degrees, temp display remains at 100 degrees and oven elements are not heating up.
No error messages on control panel display

Have replaced oven sensor and high limit thermostat, and checked continuity in both broil and bake heating elements.

Could issue be bad control switch or relay module?
