Dishwasher isn't draining completely...have taken a part/cleaned everything. Doesn't go through disposal; has it's own drain from a air check valve on sink.

All hoses appear clear... Believe it is the solenoid...

Question: found somewhere reading should be 40 ohms with resistance/continuity test. It reads 33.8; is this off enough to indicate failure? Is 40 correct? Thanks.
