Hello, my icemaker quit making ice,,,and the icecream in the bottom of the freezer drawer started melting. I can tell the once "very frozen Meat" is starting to get softer as in starting to thaw..The water dispenser on the refridgertor still dispenses water, I have replaced the water filter. It's like water isnt going into the icemaker. Where should I begin to look for problem?

Ice makers have a t-stat which won't let them harvest unless the freezer is cold enough. From what you described, the ice maker is probably fine and it's cooling that you have a problem with. Check a few things and repost so we can narrow it down.
Do you hear a fan running inside the freezer section?
What about if you push the door switch by hand when door is open?
Do you see any frost on the back wall of the freezer?
Check the door seal. Any rips, tears, folded over areas creating air leak?
Is the compressor running?
