When you activate the water dispenser in the door, water also flows in to the icemaker causing it to freeze up and also creating a solid clump of ice in the ice storage. Its like the valve that sends water to the door water dispenser is allowing water to get sent to the ice maker as well even though the ice maker is not calling for it. Thanks
