When plugged in I get power through the noise filter assy. but I'm wondering how many volts it should be and if it is dc or ac after it passes through this part. My initial thought was the main board was bad but after testing several parts on the board (resistors and caps) for continuity and correct values, they all pass. Then I read on another page two separate accounts of washer not powering up and the noise filter was the culprit. So I am wondering how to test that part to know for certain it is what is wrong and needs replacing.
