My freezer is not keeping my food frozen, but the frig is staying cold. What could be the problem and how do I fix it?

Could be a defrost problem.
Remove the evaporator cover and check the coils, If heavily iced/frosted over you have a defrost problem.

Try forcing a defrost cycle, see the Note on Page one of the tech sheet.
If the heater comes on the your defrost board is shot.

If it does not come on then odds are high that it is either the heater itself of the defrost thermostat, both can be checked with a meter.
