Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/12/2016(UTC) Posts: 1		This is a great forum!! Looking for assistance. While baking cookies last night in both ovens, the first batch went fine. On second batch, I could not get them to finish baking/brown. Thought it was the dough. Turned on oven today to make dinner and neither oven heats up. Keypad is fine, all digital numbers light up, fan goes fine in back of oven. No heat beyond BARELY warm. Can easily touch inside of oven with bare hands. No circuit breaker issues in basement. Any ideas? Both worked fine and then stopped heating at the same time. Guesses from quick online research are Thermal Fuse, Dual Oven Relay Board or Oven Control Board. Purchased ovens in 2006. Please advise! Call in to service company but hate to have them come out. Was able to fix my Bosch dishwasher from online research and hoping this will be an easy fix, too! Sarah

First you have to check the power to the unit. Just because breakers look OK does not mean they are OK. Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker. Check the power where the house power connects to the units wiring. Do this with a oven off and on. [COLOR="Red"]Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!![/COLOR] If you do not have experience with electrical I would get a pro in other than flipping the breakers.
