All I need is a neutral ground wire and the screw that attaches it to the back of the machine but it doesn't appear that I can order just that. Am I going to have to buy the whole Terminal Block Kit just to get a new neutral ground wire? I bought the machine used and the green neutral ground wire is missing.

I am not sure what the problem is.
Any piece of 14 gauge wire will do. Stranded wire is better if you have it, as it is more flexible.

As long as you have another connector or a washer between it and the screw head so the wire does not twist when you tighten the screw.

If you are missing the bolt in the terminal block then finding the correct one may be a bit of a pain.
