Timer will not turn and heat comes on intermittingly.

Have replaced Timer switch, Cycling thermostat and Thermal fuse.
Is there anything else that can be causing my problem?

Probably faulty gas valve coils. Timer won't advance in auto dry unless heat is cycling normally.
