I'll try to explain. One day my washer fill out of water, the next day it don't work on NORMAL cycle. I move the knob over all and the washer don't response, just on PP cycle and I have to find a point for "start". I changed the timer and nothing, I changed the water valve and nothing. There's a chance that timer comes bad? Or the problem could be other thing?

This really sounds like a timer issue, but it is unlikely you got a bad one. So I think the more likely problem is one with the connectors of the wire harness to the timer. Check them and see if there is a burned spot or a problem.
