My family has noticed that the dishwasher has been making our dishes dirtier than what they were before putting them in. The soap dispenser will not open, and I can't figure out why. The Control board, 4 prong connector had melted, so I installed a new board, spliced in new connectors. That is when the soap disp. stopped opening. I even installed a new soap disp. it's still not opening. so I checked the heater it's OK, checked water level it's Ok. Found 3 prong connector loose, spliced in new connectors now it's OK. Checked all wiring it's Ok, and electric is going to soap disp. I am lost as to what it could be, do I have to give up and just buy a new dishwasher?

Here is an update. Long story short the new control board I bought from Sundberg America was bad. After buying a new control board the dishwasher now works great. Sundberg America will not replace the defective part they sold me.
