Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/22/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		The large burner on my stove quit working in the middle of cooking dinner. I was heating a pot at high heat, then turned off the burner. When I turned the burner on a few minutes later the indicator light lit up, but the burner did not heat. It hasn't heated up since. Please help!

Unplug the unit and check the element with a meter. If open (infinite ohms) then replace it. If OK then replace the control (infinite) switch
