Freezer section works fine, refrig too cold- temp set on 40, actual temp is 5 and changing setting has no effect.

See the attachment for the tech sheet

Could be a problem with the diffuser (top in section 02 of the parts item 4).
In the tech sheet they call it an air baffle.
Looks like it used to come as a number of pieces but is now only available as an assembly.

Try running the diagnostics to see if it opens and closes.
