A few nights ago I had a burning smell from the dishwasher. Opened it up and can see where the control board is burnt in one spot. Also, the connector to the board is fried in one of the openings. I see that I need a new board, but I wanted to know how I could get a new connector. I've identified it as a Molex 42400-004, but how do I get one. I would rather just replace the board and connector instead of having to do a whole new harness. Thanks for your help.

Had same issue a couple months ago. I was able to resolder the pins on the control board back to the traces on the back of the board. Also was able to scrape the molex connector clean and make contact. I t still working and running a load as we speak. Here is a link to my original post when I had the issue.

Gerry d, thanks for the info. I contacted Mouser and am trying to order a new connector. Hope, I can get it.

I ended up getting a replacement connector housing and connectors and repaired the harness myself.:)
