Hello-Our Whirlpool washer would run for a little of a cycle then stop-it wouldn't run through a complete cycle. So-we "assumed" it was the timer-and got a new one and installed it-BUT...
It does the same thing now-it will run a little but it doesn't seem to advance-and the tub is full of water and clothes!
Any help would be appreciated~!

Can you post a model number so we can see exactly what machine you have? And tell us what happens if you manually advance the timer after it stops. Does it start up again, does it start up after the current cycle is passed?

Also, if you bought the timer from this site and it ultimately proves not to have been the problem you can return it.
