Pump has 120 volts going the motor, but will not turn pump. I took the pump out so I could see if it was turning, the pump is brand new. I even returned it to get another one, that doesn't work either, even though I have 120 volts going to it.

If it really does have the voltage than this is somewhat of a mystery. I can only think that either the pump is jammed inside the housing or that something is blocking the drain hoses either to or from the pump.
