IF you are getting a lot of noise from the drain pump it may be a bad pump, but there is another thing it might be.

The pumps sit on a platform that is bolted to the bottom of the washer by three bolt that run through rubber vibration isolators. The platform must sit in the slot between the two sort of gear or star shaped parts near the top of the molding. Anything else and the pumps will not be properly isolated and will make a lot of noise even if they are good.
