We experienced a power outage yesterday, when power was restored the oven display is now set to Celsius. How do I get it back to Fahrenheit. . Thanks

Will simply unplugging this unit reset it to factory settings?

Unplugging the unit for a couple minutes should reset it to the defaults.
Problem is I do not know which temperature is the default.

Are you sure that the model number is correct as nothing comes up when I use it?

Could it be a RF370LXPQ0?
If yes then below is the operators manual.
Take a look at Page 12.
