Remove back freezer panel, if total, heavy frost, defrost and do a google search for the manual defrost procedure. If it goes in defrost, but no defrost action, probably a bad defrost thermostat clipped to the evaporator top.

I removed back panel and there is light frost on evaporator coil. The fan is working fine and the vent to lower section is not obstructed.
