Hi all! I have a Frigidaire Professional model FPHD2491KF0, 3 1/2 yrs old, that will go through the water test yet when you start a normal cycle it will fill and then just sit there until it goes to the drain cycle and then drains. Any thoughts?

Denman
Thanks for the response. I ran the Water/Service test and it went through all of the steps except the Wash/Heat and Wash/Heat/Disp. Would that indicate the Pump or the Board? How do I access the board to put a meter on it? I am hoping you will say behind the kick panel. Thanks again.

The control board is in the door (item 3 in section 03)
Here is a good site with info. You will have to join the site and be logged in. This will let you get into the Manuals section and be able to download them.
Frigidaire is a pain as they do not seem to list their manuals as they relate to model numbers. |

Thanks Denman. I meant to ask about the Pump access and whether you can get to it from behind the kick panel. Also, were you going to post a link to a site?

How did you determine it was the board? I have the same exact issue and I am not sure if I am testing the power to the motor during the wash cycle correctly or not.

How specifically do I check the voltage to the motor during the wash cycle? I set my multimeter to AC voltage and get a reading of 3.7 volts when it is filling and get the same reading when the pump wash motor should be running.
