Also there should be a number at the end of your model number. Parts for GY397LXUB - AppliancePartsPros.com See the attachment for your wring diagram. Since the oven is working OK, the 240 volts to the unit is OK. So I would say that either a wire has come loose or burned off. The wire will be common to all the stove top elements.
