The ENTIRE glass top is not working on my range. The oven and selection buttons work just fine. What went wrong and how can I fix it?! Thanks in advance!!

Here are your parts. Also there should be a number at the end of your model number.

See the attachment for your wring diagram.

Since the oven is working OK, the 240 volts to the unit is OK.
So I would say that either a wire has come loose or burned off.
The wire will be common to all the stove top elements.
With luck you will be able to find it with the unit unplugged which is much safer.
I would start at the terminal strip.
