The washer door inside has four holes from the springs inside, and the bottom is cracked and has black marks from rubbing. The boot has hole in the side, so the washer in leaking all over the floor. Because of the black rubbing marks on the bottom of the inside door, I am wondering if something else major can be wrong of if just replacing the inside door and boot will solve the problem.

Without being there I cannot say perhaps the manual will be helpful to you.

You did not mention excessive vibration or any other problems with the unit so odds are that replacing the parts will at least get you an additional year or two out of the unit.
