Hello!
Our ice maker had stopped operating all together. I took the cap off the motor control 'board' and tested the terminal points and had 0 volts from line to neutral. When I unplug the board from the harness and removed the load, i have 120 volts. Continuity exists across the tray thermostat. I thought maybe that the board connectors and/or harness weren't getting good contact, so I tested the power at the rear harness. 120 volts across line and neutral with no load, 0 volts when plugged in and loaded. I'm an HVAC/R tech, but I don't dabble in appliances much. I can't find a wiring diagram/schematic on or under the fridge (it was used). I'm presuming there's a defective control board somewhere. This is the type of freezer that has a door sensor as well with a spring loaded flip switch. Any help from you appliance pro's would be greatly appreciated!

update.
I took the ice maker out and put a widow-maker on it. The motor is turning with no problems and appears to be operating fine at the test points. Can anybody point me toward a wire diagram of the refrigerator so I can move on to the next suspected component(s)?
