AP4433343 CONTROL-ELECTRICAL (316562010)

I just ordered my third expensive control panel for this range. The board keeps burning out where the power leads connect that feed the elements. Is this a bad design or do I need to do something different when hooking up the terminals? Is there any type of grease that may reduce the heat at the connection? Or should they be soldered instead?
