Hello I have been experiencing a loss of cooling in my lower section the freezer is also frosting which is strange for a no frost refrigerator. Can someone let me know what I can do to get my refrigerator to be cold again ?

Your model number seems to be missing several digits at theend. Please check it.
You may have a defrost problem. Remove the back cover in the freezer so you can inspect the evaporator coils.
If they are heavily iced/frosted over then it is a defrost problem.
This prevents the fan from pulling air properly and then pushing it down into the fresh food section. Usually the compressor will run continuously except when in a defrost cycle. |
