I have a side by side freezer-refrigerator. Both side not cold enough. I set at 0 deg on freezer and 35 deg on ref rig side but temp above that even after 24 hrs. compressor hot. fan running. no ice. H2O dispenser outputs lukewarm water. I note that the coil panel in the freezer side is building up with frost. Is this frost normal? I need help troubleshooting this. Thanks.
