I recently began having issues with the Bosch not cleaning well and the water not heating during wash cycle. We have an on-demand water heater so normally the water does not heat during the fill cycle because it is to short of duration for the on-demand water heater to provide hot water. But it had worked well for the last 6 years with this same setup. The sanitize cycle works just fine, so the element is good. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks Hank22

I replaced the entire heater assemble. This part contains the heater element, pressure switch and thermistor. It now appears to work intermittently. I tested the old module after removing it and it appears to be good. I am beginning to think the problem is in the control module. Does anyone have a copy of the troubleshooting manual for this model? Or any suggestions on further troubleshooting?

Well problem appears to be resolved with the installation of the control module. No more E1 alarms. Water heats and I show an E0 indicator when doing the self test, which I assume to mean no alarms. If I can I will scan the meager schematic and troubleshooting information that I found folded up in the base of the dishwasher.
