want to find out what the F7 error code is and how to fix it?

This problem most likely connected to the control panel ribbon cable and has nothing to do with the ERC relays.

Open the control panel, unplug the ribbon cable from the control board and clean the contacts with a pencil eraser. Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for a hairline cracks, using a magnifier. Reconnect everything and give it a try.

If it would not help then replace the control panel. If you need the correct part number then post the color of the control panel.
