Newbie:
The water level control only works on Large and Medium. When set to Small it fills the tub to the Medium level. This is the first thing to break on this unit after twenty plus years.

TIA, Dave:)

Sounds like you need a new water level switch but they are no longer available. You might find some used ones around, just search on part number 207362.

I found a video on the net that shows how to test the level switch.
Step one: Blow through the rubber hose to check for blockage. Test Sat.
Step two: Using a V/O meter check between terminal 7 and 15= zero ohms. Test Sat.
Step three: Using a V/O meter check between terminal 7 and 16. Infinity ohms. Test Sat.
He gives no other tests. And per him mine checks out ok. That's why I posted.

Well, that only tests the switch in the "empty" position. When you adjust the water level control, you are changing tension on the diaphram inside the switch so that more or less air pressure is required to switch it from "empty" to "full".
